UCC10000t/d Cement Clinker Production Line Expansion Project in UAE

UAE United Cement Company (UCC)10000t/d cement clinker production line is located in Cape Hayma Industrial Zone, UAE. It is the first cement clinker production line with a daily output of 10,000 tons completed and put into operation by Chinese enterprises under overseas general contracting. It is also the first cement clinker production line with a daily output of 10,000 tons designed and developed by a Chinese company.

Company undertakes the installation and commissioning tasks of mechanical and electrical equipment of the whole production line, including: installation of mechanical equipment, installation of electrical equipment, installation of steel structure, furnace construction, insulation, piping system, installation of non-standard equipment, communication, fire fighting, elevator and commissioning, etc.

The project was ignited and put into production on December 28, 2006, and all technical indexes reached or exceeded the design parameters.
