Sinoma(Suzhou) Ethiopian Employees’ Encouraging Prizes in the "China Copper Cup" Overseas Enterprise Team Leader Comprehensive Management Skills Competition
On September 12, the "China Copper Cup" Overseas Enterprise Territorial Team Leader Comprehensive Management Skills Competition Mongolia Chifeng was successfully concluded. The participating team of Sinoma(Suzhou) won the group bronze award, and the employees of Ethiopia won the individual silver award, bronze award and excellent style award respectively.
The "China Copper Cup" team leader competition is the highest level in the national nonferrous metals industry, carefully planned and organized by the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association, bringing together 13 local teams from 8 countries around the world, including Ethiopia, Zambia and Peru. The competition lasted 15 days and was divided into two stages of training and competition, focusing on the core content of team production management such as safety and environmental protection management, production site management, etc. for the assessment of the general management ability and production management skills of primary managers.
Since August 29, the participating employees have received HSK language test, Chinese traditional culture experience and the training of team leader comprehensive management ability improvement at Shandong Polytechnic College.
From September 9th to 12th, all participating teams gathered in Chifeng, Inner Mongolia to participate in three competitions: theoretical knowledge test, competitive speech and practical operation assessment. With their solid professional knowledge, fluent language expression and superb operation skills, the five Ethiopian employees of Sinoma(Suzhou) won unanimous praise from the judges and the audience.
