Iraq Delta Cement Company Line II EPC Contract Signing

Recently, Sinoma (Suzhou) Construction Co., Ltd. signed the DCC line II EPC contract with Iraq Delta Cement Company Ltd. Xu Yaping, Executive Deputy General Manager of Sinoma (Suzhou), and Saad F. Mohammed, Chairman of DELTA, signed the contract on behalf of both parties.
