Iraq Kirkuk Cement Plant Line II Clinker System O&M Contract Signing

On September 9, Sinoma (Suzhou) Construction Co., Ltd. signed the contract with Iraq Laylan company for Kirkuk cement plant line II clinker system operation and maintenance. Xu Yaping, Executive Deputy General Manager of Sinoma (Suzhou), and Tahir Hama Salih H Talib, Chairman of Laylan Company, attended this signing ceremony. Zhang Xi, Deputy Manager of Sinoma (Suzhou) Marketing Department, and Diyar Nasih Abdullah, General Manager of Laylan Company, signed the contract on behalf of both parties.
 

Sinoma (Suzhou) takes charge of the technical upgrading of Kirkuk cement plant line II which will resume production this year as planned. Both sides are cooperating closely in the implementation of the project, overcome many difficulties, and increase mutual understanding. The O&M contract signed this time is an achievement of our trust, cooperation and mutual benefit, and is also our company’s significant result of development with service mode of cement technical upgrading projects + operation and maintenance.
