Signature of Cooperation Agreement on Operation & Maintenance Projects between Sinoma (Suzhou) and West International

On April 17, Sinoma (Suzhou) Construction Co., Ltd. signed Cooperation Agreement of Operation & Maintenance Projects with West International Holding Limited in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. President Assistant and Manager of Production Technology Department of West International Mr. Li Xianjun, Manager of HSE Department of West International Han Pugang, General Manger of Ethiopia Region of West International Mr. Feng Deli, Deputy Director of Administrative Office of West International Mr. Hou Jianbin, General Manager Assistant and General Manger of Ethiopia Subsidiary of Sinoma (Suzhou) Mr. Cheng Jin, Director of O&M Center of Sinoma (Suzhou) Mr. Tian Houzhong, Manager of Marketing Department of Sinoma (Suzhou) Mr. Wang Yong, Deputy Manager of Marketing Department of Sinoma (Suzhou) Mr. Xu Zhenning, etc. participated the signing ceremony.

The mode of the cooperation is of O+M+S (operation + maintenance + spare parts), involving West International’s Industrial Parks and cement production line EPC projects under construction performed by Sinoma (Suzhou) in Ethiopia and Uzbekistan, and other projects under planning. So far, the cooperation of both parties has officially extended from the traditional general contracting of EPC projects to the business of O&M and spare parts supply, and proceeded to the high-level strategic stage.

The successful signing is another great achievement of mutual benefit and long-term cooperation between Sinoma (Suzhou) and West International, which is of great significance to the implementation of the “Breakthrough in O&M” plan of the company's 14th Five-Year strategy. Sinoma (Suzhou) will make the concentrated effort to ensure the projects under construction in an orderly and effective manner, while giving full play to the comprehensive advantages of experience, technology, management and spare parts supply in the operation and maintenance field, to provide the owners with excellent services in the whole process and create a new chapter of win-win development.
