PAC Certificate for Vietnam Thanh Thang Line Ⅲ Project
On August 5, 2020, the Vietnam Thanh Thang 6000t/d clinker cement production line Ⅲ with the supporting 7MW waste heat power generation project contracted by Sinoma International (Nanjing) and constructed by Sinoma (Suzhou) obtained the Provisional Acceptance Certificate while all various indexes of the project has achieved as the contract requirement.
From the beginning of this project, under the correct guidance of the company and the cooperation of all departments, the project management team and all construction personnel worked together to overcome the adverse factors such as rainstorm, typhoon, hot weather and the influence of COVID-19 epidemic and completed the project as the schedule milestones.The construction period of this project was calculated from September 15, 2018 and the first ignition was made successfully on October 8, 2019.The qualified clinker was produced on October 14, 2019 only in the course of 13 months which is 3 months ahead of schedule. After that, the performance test of clinker production line was completed as Owner’s requirement on milestones, as well as the performance tests of the waste heat power generation system. The whole production line is running in good condition now.
The PAC certificate of the project represents the good and profound cooperative relationship between Thanh Thang Cement Group and Sinoma, demonstrates our high quality and efficient management level and lays a sound foundation of the mutual cooperation for the follow-up grinding station of line Ⅲ, line Ⅳ and line Ⅴ projects.
