CCR Opening Ceremony for 50MW PV Project

Suzhou Sinoma’s Iraq DCC Line 2 Project Department, O&M Department, together with Delta Cement, jointly held the commissioning ceremony for the central control room of the 50MW photovoltaic project. The event marks the full handover and formal launch of intelligent operation & maintenance (O&M) for the PV power station.

Omar Hussein, Deputy CEO of Delta Cement, Gong Teng, O&M Project Manager, Li Haining, Project Manager of Line 2 & PV Project, as well as representatives from Delta, Sinoma O&M, EPC team attended the ceremony.

During the ceremony, Omar delivered a speech, highly recognizing and fully affirming the professional construction and efficient contract performance of Suzhou Sinoma’s EPC team. He stated that photovoltaic power generation boasts prominent advantages including zero pollution, renewability, low O&M costs and safe, convenient operation, serving as a premium energy solution for industrial green transformation.

The newly commissioned PV central control room functions as the core hub for intelligent O&M of the power station. Equipped with intelligent terminals such as sensors and smart cameras, the system collects real-time critical operational data including voltage, electric current and equipment temperature, enabling full-scenario monitoring, intelligent dispatching and precise control over the PV plant’s operating status. This upgrade substantially elevates the intelligence, standardization and safety of power station O&M management.

Moving forward, the PV O&M team will adhere to the service philosophy of “Thoughtful Service & Intelligent O&M”. Relying on the intelligent operation & maintenance system, the team will strictly control operational quality, consolidate safety management barriers, and fulfill all power generation targets with high efficiency and quality. The project will empower the green low-carbon development of overseas industrial projects and accelerate the local energy transition in Iraq.
