Sinoma (Suzhou) Signs EPC+O&M Contract for Najmadin Brick Plant Phase II in Iraq

Recently, Sinoma (Suzhou) Construction Co., Ltd. formally signed the EPC contract for the 750t/d brick production line of the Najmadin Brick Plant Phase II in Sulaymaniyah, Iraq, along with the supporting operation and maintenance service agreement. Xia Yi, Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager of Sinoma (Suzhou), and Mr. Najmadin, Chairman of the Najmadin Group, attended the signing ceremony and inked the contract on behalf of both parties.

The Najmadin Group is a prominent diversified enterprise in Iraq, with business operations spanning commercial concrete, real estate development, and other sectors. In 2022, Sinoma (Suzhou) undertook the EPC project for the Phase I 750t/d brick plant of the Najmadin Group, establishing a strong foundation for cooperation between the two parties. Following the plant’s commissioning, Sinoma (Suzhou) has continued to provide operation and maintenance services, ensuring stable and efficient production of bricks through high-standard management and professional expertise, which has earned high recognition from the client.

The newly signed contract covers not only the construction of a new 750t/d brick production line but also comprehensive production operation and maintenance services for both Phase I and Phase II lines over a period of two years. This marks the evolution of the collaboration from a single engineering project to an integrated "EPC + O&M" model, further expanding the scope and depth of the partnership. It also highlights Sinoma (Suzhou)'s growing expertise as a brick specialist, solidifying its leading position in Iraq's wall materials sector.
