Iraq DCC 6000TPD Line 2 &50MW PV Project Received PAC Certificate DCC 6000TPD Line 2 & WHR & 50MW PV Project Officially Hand Over to O&M team

On December 3, 2025, the Iraq DCC 6000TPD line 2 and 50MW PV project, contracted by Sinoma (Suzhou) Construction Co., Ltd., received the Provisional Acceptance Certificate (PAC) from the project-related personnel, marking the official transition of the project from the construction phase to the O&M phase. Wang Yi, deputy General Manager, and Cheng Jin, assistant of General Manager, attended the ceremony to witness the issuance of the PAC certificate.

The certificate of appreciation was issued by the employer on September 30, 2025, stated: "In recognition of your contributions to the successful completion of DELTA’s Solar Power Project and Line 2 Construction. Your dedication, expertise, and collaborative efforts have played a key role in our success. We are sincerely thankful for your support."

Since its commencement on February 8, 2024, the project team, with a spirit of "construction as battle, from beginning to fight", overcame multiple challenges including extreme high temperatures, logistical disruptions, extreme weather, and regional conflicts. Demonstrating the "unyielding spirit of an iron army," successfully achieved the ignition on June 30, 2025, under the correct management of the company and Kurdistan O&M team. All performance indicators after operation exceeded contract requirements, earning high praise from the client and significantly enhancing SINOMA’s reputation.

The acquisition of the PAC certificate marks a milestone in the strategic collaboration between DELTA and SINOMA, further strengthening the foundation for future cooperation. The project team will leverage this certification to accelerate the implementation and improvement of subsequent related work, contributing to the company's development in Iraq and creating a new chapter of success. Like sparks illuminating the road to infrastructure development, and building a bridge of win-win cooperation along the Silk Road, with the official handover of the Iraq DCC Line 2 project &WHR & 50MW PV project to O&M team, Sinoma (Suzhou) has demonstrated its commitment to quality through craftsmanship and delivered outstanding results, once again presenting a perfect answer to the client.
